Publication Ethics

The Scientium Management Review is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against any publication malpractices. All authors submitting their works to Scientium Management Review for publication as original articles attest that the submitted works represent their contributions and have not been copied or plagiarized in whole or in part from other works. Authors also certify that the manuscript has not been submitted to or published in any other journal.

The following ethical guidelines are adhered to by the journal:

  1. Authorship and Contribution:
    • Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study.
    • All contributors who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project should be acknowledged or listed as contributors.
  2. Originality and Plagiarism:
    • Authors must ensure that they have written entirely original works and, if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, this has been appropriately cited or quoted.
    • Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
  3. Data Access and Retention:
    • Authors may be asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to provide public access to such data, if possible.
  4. Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest:
    • All authors should disclose any financial or other substantive conflicts of interest that might be construed to influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript.
    • All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.
  5. Peer Review Process:
    • The journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of the content. Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively, fairly, and professionally.
    • Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or argument had been previously reported should be accompanied by the relevant citation.
  6. Publication Decisions:
    • The Editor-in-Chief of Scientium Management Review is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. The decision to publish an article is based on its importance, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
  7. Corrections, Retractions, and Appeals:
    • When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in their own published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the journal editor and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
    • Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions.
  8. Ethical Oversight:
    • [Journal Name] ensures that the research published in the journal is conducted in accordance with international ethical standards, including obtaining informed consent from research participants and maintaining their privacy and confidentiality.
