The research methods used in this research by using multiple linear regression analysis methods with data used in this research were obtained from questionnaires. The number of samples in this research were 50 respondents. The types and sources of data in this research are quantitative and qualitative data.
The result showed that all variables passed the normality test. T-test results indicate a positive significant influence of communication (X1), and work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y), while the negative and unsignificant influence of motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y)
