Human resource management influences employee performance through creating value or using human resource expertise related to broadly targeted management practices. What is the relationship between leadership, distributive justice, great of work lifestyles on employee performance? There are nevertheless few researchers who discover this query. This study ambitions to have a look at the effect of (i) leadership has a enormous impact on employee overall performance; (ii) distributive justice has a large impact on worker overall performance; (iii) great of labor life has a great impact on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Port of Indonesia (Persero) Container Terminal, Makassar Branch. The type of data to be used in this study is in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of the Indonesian Port Container Terminal (Persero) Makassar Branch. The population of this study consisted of 71 permanent (organic) employees, while 329 outsourced employees. Determination of the number of samples as many as 148 respondents. This study uses a survey method in data collection. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis and different test. One of the factors that determine the level of success and quality of companies engaged in the service sector is the ability to provide services to customers. Services that are in accordance with expectations can provide services that are in accordance with expectations and can provide satisfaction for service users, because quality has a close relationship with customer satisfaction. What is the relationship between reliability, assurance, physical evidence, empathy, and responsiveness on passenger satisfaction? There are still few researchers who explore this question. Service quality is often used as a measure that the services offered by the company are able to meet the desires and expectations of customers. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the variable’s reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness on passenger satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. The research method used is a descriptive survey method. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample who is also the respondent used in this study is as many as 100 people. Sampling from the study population uses a stepwise sampling method, where the first step is to determine the predicted sample size of the population; second, determining the target sample randomly. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the factor analysis show that reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction.</span></h1> Muh. In order to attain these goals, it is essential for all components of the organization to collaborate effectively, with human resources (HR) serving as one of the instrumental tools employed by the company. This study seeks to examine the potential impact of workload and emotional intelligence on the performance of Air Traffic Controllers, with commitment serving as an intervening variable. This study employs a quantitative approach to examine the causal link between variables and evaluate the notion of their interconnections. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and the collected data was processed using the SmartPLS 4 program. The data analysis indicates that the workload and work commitment of ATC at Perum LPPNPI MATSC Branch have a substantial impact on its performance. Additionally, emotional intelligence also affects ATC performance, although to a lesser extent compared to workload and work commitment. According to the data collected, Commitment is the most influential variable in determining performance. The path coefficient is 0.77, with a p-value of 0.000, and a 95% confidence interval ranging from 0.553 to 0.928. The f-square value is significantly high, measuring 0.735.
